Cookie Policy
Last updated: [to be defined]
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how MultiCortex uses them on this website, and how you can manage your preferences, in compliance with LGPD and GDPR.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website, used to remember preferences, keep sessions active, and collect aggregated data about site usage.
2. How we use cookies
Our cookie banner uses a two-tier model: essential cookies, which are always active, and analytics cookies (enabled only with your explicit consent, when you click 'Accept all'). Clicking 'Essential only' keeps only strictly necessary cookies active.
3. Cookie categories used
Essential: necessary for the website to function, such as remembering your language choice, secure operation of the Client Area, and recording your cookie preference (so the banner isn't shown repeatedly). These cannot be disabled, as the site would not function properly without them.
Analytics (optional): used to understand, in an aggregated and anonymized way where possible, how visitors use the website β for example, most visited pages and traffic source β to help us improve the experience. These are only enabled with your consent.
4. How to manage your preferences
You can choose between 'Accept all' or 'Essential only' on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear your browser's browsing data at any time to reset your choice, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings.
5. Third-party cookies
Analytics tools we may use from third parties can set their own cookies when you consent to analytics cookies. Those tools are subject to their respective providers' privacy policies.
6. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing it occasionally to stay informed about how we use cookies.
