MultiCortex offers heterogeneous computing solutions for AI, including infrastructure optimization products, private AI platforms, a coding assistant, a medical AI platform, and an AI operating system for manufacturers, among others described on the Products page.

Specific commercial agreements for each product — including scope, service levels (SLA) and commercial terms — are formalized separately with each customer and prevail over this document in case of conflict.

Customers with access to the Client Area are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of third parties, to attempt unauthorized access to MultiCortex systems, or to introduce malicious code.

All content on this website — including text, trademarks, logos, images and software — is owned by MultiCortex or its licensors, and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to MultiCortex trademarks or technology, except where expressly contracted.

Products involving decision support — such as IA Med — are support tools, not decision-makers. Responsibility for the final decision remains entirely with the professional or organization using the tool, in all cases.

No MultiCortex solution should be used as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in regulated contexts, such as healthcare.

This website is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiCortex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence.

MultiCortex may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Client Area in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any other applicable measures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of [to be defined] are elected to settle any disputes, unless a specific contractual provision states otherwise.
